Episode 252: Corvids Corvids Corvids

March 15th, 2021 | 12:00 pm ET

Talk of walking sims this week has us thinking of murders most fowl.

To celebrate their one-year quarantine anniversary, Dylan and Alex take their taste buds on a space-faring adventure with some Halo-branded snacks, only to touch back down on terrestrial soil to uncover news of game devs investing in non-fungible tokens, the cancellation of the Anthem and Artifact reboots, the closure of Google Stadia’s internal studios, and DC’s Deathstroke apparently being a huge Halo fan?

We get Alex’s impressions on his continuing adventures in World of Warcraft as well as the Monster Hunter movie, all while taking the time to casually stroll through some walking sims.

Games include World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth; Fortnite; Minesweeper Effect; Wreckfest; What Remains of Edith Finch; Event Zero; and Dr. Langeskov, The Tiger, and The Terribly Cursed Emerald: A Whirlwind Heist.
